FULL REGISTRATION includes The Postgraduate Course, Scientific Sessions, Continental Breakfast each morning, Coffee Breaks, a Luncheon, entrance to Exhibits, the Welcoming Reception, the Poster Session Reception and The Forum Finale (Saturday evening Awards Party).
GUEST REGISTRATION includes Continental Breakfast each day, the Welcome Reception in the Hospitality Suite and The Forum Finale (Saturday evening Awards Party).
OPTIONAL WORKSHOPS & SYMPOSIA
Separate subscriptions are required for any option workshop or symposium. (See program page for details)
GOLF TOURNAMENT: Friday, February 22nd @ 12:30pm - Golf Course
Separate subscription required. $125.00 per person includes green fees, golf cart & boxed lunch. Prizes will be awarded. Foursomes will be determined on-site. Non-members will be assigned the earlier tee times to allow the members to finish the business meeting.
TENNIS TOURNAMENT: Friday, February 22nd @ 1:30pm - Tennis Courts
Separate subscription required. $30.00 per person includes court time & boxed lunch. Prizes will be awarded.
If written notice of cancellation is received at the AVF Administrative Offices by February 2, 2008, any registration fees paid, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be refunded after the meeting. No refunds will be issued after this date.
