National Screening Program 
National Screening program
Created in 2005 to increase public awareness of venous disease, the National Screening Program for Venous Disease drew a record number of screening sites during its National Venous Screening Week, November 4 – 11, 2006. Over 150 institutions, private practice offices, and clinics participated in 46 states across the Country, screening over 4,000 patients nationwide.
